Stefon Diggs says his future with the Buffalo Bills is out of his hands.

"I don't know," Diggs told NFL Network's Cameron Wolfe when asked if he felt he'd be with the Bills next season. "I feel like, as far as with the money and all that type of stuff, I can't control none of that."

He continued: "It's a long offseason in front of us. As far as what the future holds, I don't have any surprises for you right now."

The 30-year-old's relationship - and future - with the Bills appeared rocky last offseason before he and head coach Sean McDermott resolved issues Diggs called "family matters." Diggs is currently under contract through the 2027 season with a $27.8 million cap hit in 2024, though his dead cap hit comes in at $31.1 million, per Spotrac.

The wideout has spent the last four seasons in Buffalo and has been a focal point of its offense. His 1,183 receiving yards in 2023 represent his lowest total since he joined the team.

Speculation around his relationship with quarterback Josh Allen has been called into focus, but Diggs says he's tired of talking about it. Diggs was caught being animated on the sideline earlier this season and had a spat with the quarterback in last year's playoff loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.

"I've kinda touched on that multiple times," Diggs added. "I kinda let everyone feel how they feel. It's not an opinion-based business. It's a money-based business and a number-based business. So, for me, I try to leave the personal out of it. My personal relationship with him is my personal relationship."

"For me, I get tired of it. The same story over and over. It is what it is."

Allen has also previously come to his receiver's defense, stating he was "tired of hearing all this nonsense" about Diggs last October after a game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Buffalo suffered another playoff defeat at the hands of Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs this season. Diggs, who dropped a crucial pass near the end of the game, finished with just three catches for 21 yards.
