No package 'libchromaprint' found error while installing clementine but chromaprint' is installed!

it's amazing I have been trying to install Clementine (tried both compiling from sources and SlackBuild) but allways get an error "-- No package 'libchromaprint' found
CMake Error at /usr/local/share/cmake-3.28/Modules/FindPkgConfig.cmake:619 (message):
The following required packages were not found:
- libchromaprint"
but I am sure 100% that chromaprint is installed correctly.
Moreover I've even reinstalled it many times!
Files in /usr/local/lib/ certainly exist!
Maybe I should register some environment variables?
Please help me!
