Windows + cmake + mingw vs Debian 12 + cmake + g++-12 - recompilation time or run debug ...

Hello. When i compile real project on Windows using Visual Code, cmake, qt 6 and mingw and try run debug, it is realy realy slowed then in Debian 12 its realy quick compile, quick response and quick run debug, not like just 0.1 second , it is visible and response slowed (also visible). It is problem with Mingw or other ?
