Raid controller not working

Hi I have a desktop pc that I use for a plex server and other stuff. I have a lenovo lsi megaraid controller it works in my bios I have made my raids and it works in Windows but I don't want to use window I want to use fedora or ubuntu but it will not show up. I am happy to use other Linux's I just want a desktop os.
