5 more people charged in death of prisoner at Niagara Detention Centre

Niagara police say they have arrested and charged five more men in the death of a 52-year-old prisoner, bringing the total to seven, all of whom were also prisoners at the Niagara Detention Centre in Thorold, Ont.
