The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, one of the best recent smartwatches for Samsung or Android users, is on sale for $169.99 (originally $299.99) at Amazon-its lowest price ever, according to my favorite price-checking tools.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 was launched last summer with top-notch specs and features. Since its release, it has often been compared to the Pixel Watch 2 as a a good choice for Android users. And given its current discount, the Galaxy Watch 6 offers a better value for your money (the Pixel 2 costs around $200 on Amazon at the moment).

The Galaxy Watch 6 has a 1.3-inch, 2,000-nit bright AMOLED display with a digital bezel for quick scrolling through menus. If you're looking for the bigger 44mm screen with LTE, that option is also available for this lowest price yet of $239.99 ( originally $379.99).

With an Android smartwatch, you'll be getting all the latest Wear OS features. Some features specific to the Galaxy Watch 6 include an accelerometer to measure your speed, GPS tracking, a heart rate monitor, a blood oxygen monitor, a temperature sensor, and others. The Galaxy Watch 6 also allows you to make or receive phone calls from your Android phone as long as you're within Bluetooth distance (or anywhere if you decide to get the LTE version).

PCMag thinks the Galaxy Watch 6 is "excellent," and called it the best Android-compatible smartwatch at the time of its release.
