A way for VIM to show ASCII code as it should be shown.

OS: Vanilla Arch
WM's no desktop.
I got a small sample here that I want VIM to show:
iU^2iii i iiiii iiii iU^2iii i iiU^2i
I've tried a lot of codes and encoding but nothing show it as it should be. It either shows it in hex or some other type but not as it should be.
Is there a way for this?
