Which OS (board 32bits, armhf) would fit on 64 MB SD/MMC?

Hello,
I have a little disk space on my router (32bits), based on raspberry pi (zero) or similar.
1 Core, Pi Zero
Disk /dev/mmcblk0: 59.88 MiB, 62783488 bytes, 122624 sectors
Units: sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes
Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes
Which OS would fit on it? Debian still?
Maybe OPENBSD, rather?
Kind regards
