The Washington Commanders and new head coach Dan Quinn are snatching a pair of Dallas Cowboys.

Washington is signing former Dallas defensive lineman Dorance Armstrong to a three-year deal worth up to $45 million, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. The Commanders are also adding ex-Cowboys center Tyler Biadasz on a three-year, $30-million contract, a source told NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Both players reunite with Quinn, who was the Cowboys' defensive coordinator from 2021-23.

Armstrong, 26, had 7.5 sacks, 12 quarterback hits, and seven tackles for loss in 2023. The Kansas product has racked up 23.5 sacks, 23 tackles for loss, and 48 quarterback hits in 93 career games.

Biadasz, meanwhile, started 53 of 61 games for Dallas after the Cowboys selected him No. 146 overall in the 2020 draft. The one-time Pro Bowler earned a 68.6 overall rating from PFF in 2023.
