Report: Ravens, Henry have mutual interest in deal
The Baltimore Ravens and free-agent running back Derrick Henry have mutual interest in a deal, a source told Josina Anderson of CBS Sports.
However, an agreement has yet to be reached, Anderson adds.
The Ravens are looking to bolster their running back department after reportedly losing Gus Edwards to the Los Angeles Chargers in free agency. J.K. Dobbins is also a free agent.
A potential return to the Tennessee Titans for Henry appeared to be off the table after they reportedly agreed to a three-year deal with former Dallas Cowboys running back Tony Pollard on Monday.
Henry carried the ball a league-high 280 times for 1,167 yards and 12 touchdowns last season. It was the fifth time in six seasons he surpassed 1,000 yards and the fourth time in five years he's led the NFL in rushing attempts.
