How many 4TB USB harddisk can power the RPI4 and RPI5 ?

The rpi3b+ can power only a single HDD 4TB, like usb western digital.
Can the RPI4 and/or RPI5 power two HDD disks, like 4TB or higher?
Raspberry Pii 4 B 8 GB 4 x 1.5 GHz Raspberry Pii
