XeSS 1.3 improves performance by up to 28% with refined image quality — adds Ultra Quality Plus and Native AA modes

Intel released XeSS 1.3, which includes a more optimized training model, with improved performance and image quality. Also new are the Ultra Quality Plus and Native AA modes, plus some changes to the upscaling factors. All of these apply to both the XMX and DP4a modes of operation.
