Any suggestions of being able to set up pppoe connections in rc.inet1.conf also asking if others have already done so

Hello All , I'd really like to stream line the connection to a DSL provider thru a bridged modem via pppoe , without having to edit rc.inet1 & .conf .
Present connection device is a Zotac minipc device . Running 15.0 at present , Until Pat & All decide to export 15.1 ;-) .
I've not found any examples of others doing so .
So I am asking here to see if someone else may have done so .
My present method is working OK , Just hoping for a more inclusive & streamlined approach .
