Bad: unable to install or upgrade anything.

Hi, i've recently switched to Linux from Windows, I tried two distro's Fedora and Pop_OS, currently using POP_Os and I really like it so far and planning to stay with it. However, since I installed pop_OS everything else is working except installation, I mean whenever I try to install anything or try to upgrade using "sudo apt upgrade" i'm getting the same error as "Errors were encountered while processing:
rtl8821ce-dkms", I tried installing git but getting the same error as well.
