What is it that replaced partimage on system rescue cd?

Please remind me what it is on system rescue cd that replaced partimage for cloning ext4 and above, as well as less experimental for ntfs? It was mentioned in some previous thread of mine, and now, I'm ready to actually learn it. I really need it now, because I'm going to have to clone an ext4 partition. Or at least backup, per se. dd is not the best tool for the job.

i was able to avoid it then, but it's time to set it up now, and start to use it. I got my domain join scripts and my update system ready to use. The first thing is, I have to connect some windows machines (windows for now), to my domain, but I need to make sure I won't lose data in my profile. Then, I join a linux machine to the domain, and I really need to backup my system (it has an ext4 filesystem, I think), and I really need it backed up. There's too many issues with not backing it up before I do, like possible loss of my profile or other things that could go wrong.

This could be the last time applying these patches to my main machine before a reinstall on that machine. Certain changes are incompatible with my old scripts. I don't have network updates working on my machine yet, like I will in the future. So I can't just push an update to my machines. I could do that at my work, in my Mom's store.
