[SOLVED] How big from 2TB and where is swap file on rsync live USB backups?

Okay so here is a plan, use a 32GB live USB stick to boot Ubuntu 22.03 LTS desktop with a computer that has 22.04.4 LTS Ubuntu Pro Desktop and have an external SSD formatted to Ext4 with both computer and external SSD at 2TB size max but using rsync and keeping a whole backup of like my computer on that external SSD and occasionally updating it while running on that 32GB live USB but what about swap file, where would it be and how big could it get if I filled like my 2TB?
If it helps I overloaded a 2TB USB stick with about 60GB origin data and that left a 260GB swap file once, do I need a bigger live USB or will swap file be on some other thing? I know overloading currently running OS could be catastrophic so can I get a definitive answer if you can, maybe something to back it up? I do not think it should matter but I would make a file of some timestamps and restore if ever wanted with debugfs setting each timestamp with still on bootable USB and unmounted main file system of computer and I mean everything everything that is on this computer goes to external SSD maybe or maybe not, maybe. Assuming things go as they should, what is maximum swapfile size and where would it be stored while in transit? I have heard that Ubuntu makes like a copy while transferring so do I really only have like 1TB I can restore without going folder by folder? I would be doing full rsync restore and then like my timeatamps restore algorithm with debugfs for restore, is it even possible to go folder by folder to increase maximum size of restorable things?
