sendmail, milters and mutt, question

I'm using sendmail and specifying .mail.protection.outlook.com as the SMART_HOST. I also have some mail milters running bcc-milter, spamd and spamass-milter.

I'm sending an email via mutt. I'm wondering if the message is being run through these filters. I do have the local cc of the message, so I know it's being run through the bcc-milter, but the local copy has no SpamAssassin reporting in the message.

It appears to be running through the spamassin milter:
Code:May 30 15:10:02 webserver sm-mta[20505]: 44UJA1B5020505: Milter (spamassassin) add: header: X-Spam-Status: No, score=-1.0 required=5.0 tests=ALL_TRUSTED,\n\tT_SCC_BODY_TEXT_LINE autolearn=unavailable autolearn_force=no\n\tversion=3.4.6-_revision__1.0__

May 30 15:10:02 webserver sm-mta[20505]: 44UJA1B5020505: Milter (spamassassin) add: header: X-Spam-Checker-Version: SpamAssassin 3.4.6-_revision__1.0__ (2021-04-09) on\n\twebserver.hprs.local

May 30 15:10:02 webserver sm-mta[20505]: 44UJA1B5020505: Milter (milter-bcc) add: rcpt: allmail@webserverI see that ALL_TRUSTED is perhaps being applied. Why? It that possibly why I have no spamassassin reporting in the email? I have no ALL_TRUSTED anything configured in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf
