Request for recommendations for native PDF Viewer and PDF Editor app

I was looking for PDF related softwares to run on Linux. The requirement are as follows
1) Software should be native, i.e. not require WINE or any other emulator, to run.
2) For the PDF Viewer it should be light weight and be able to handle signatures inside PDF file.
3) If may or may not handle other file formats like DjVu, MOB, etc. But the Viewer should be able to handle PDF and PS files.
4) The PDF Editor should be able to edit PDF files. Modify their contents.
5) The applications should be updated with security updates.
I have already tried the following for PDF Viewer but found them wanting.
1) GV
2) sioyek
3) katarakt
The Acrobat Reader is no longer being developed for Linux and it extremely bloated.
What would you recommend for a PDF viewer as well as a PDF editor?
