Carmi Levy of London, Ont., was an active 46-year-old inAugust 2013 when he suffered a stroke, but quick care, thanks to his wife knowing to call 911, helped him work towards a near-complete recovery. A new Heart and Stroke poll, however, indicates Ontarians aren't as aware about signs of stroke as people in other provinces.
