No sound with Kubuntu 24.04

Hello,
I bought a used Lenovo Thinkpad E15 (Type 20RD, 20RE) and have installed Kubuntu 24.04. Everything seems to be working fine except I can't get sound from my internal speakers. I have tried a bluetooth headset and am able to get sound from there.
In my audio settings for my speakers it says Port: Speakers (unavailable). Headphones, however, is fine.
