SPORTS BRIEFS: Under-19 N'Stars impress in Burlington

BAYSOX SWEEP DOUBLEHEADER
The Owen Sound Baysox won both games over the Orillia Majors in a Saturday doubleheader at Tom Williams Park. In game one, the Baysox won 6-3, following the victory up with an 11-5 win later that afternoon. Strong pitching performances and six home runs helped fuel the Baysox. The Scenic City's Sunday afternoon game scheduled against the Bolton Brewers was postponed due to rain. A make-up game will be scheduled. The Owen Sound Baysox are now on top of the table in the North Dufferin Baseball League with a record of 7-2-1.
