Recover a Pen Drive USB device Thumb read-only
by IamBlackFire from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6NFST)
Hello folks,
due to some bad block or critical issue burning iso on my usb pen drive i got this device unusable.
I'm using Win10 but i was trying to solve with live kali linux distro. Tested everything found on the web: register key, "chkdsk" in prompt, "gparted" on linux, permission changing, etc by terminal as well... new partition etc. Everything is stuck there: current mode read-only. That my device: Bus 001 Device 009: ID 0781:5591 SanDisk Corp. Ultra Flair 32gb Inside i can see data with locker label.
Any help?
