Bluetooth will not connect to speaker

Greetings folks,
I'm running Debian testing on an HP HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fh0xxx with 16 gig of Ram and a Radeon GPU. Bluetooth was working fine and then for no reason it just quit being able to connect to my Bose Flex Soundlink speaker. I've restarted the laptop, restarted bluetooth cycled power on the speaker, nothing helps.
Any clues would be much appreciated.
