forwarding NTP through a Linux box

I'm running ip cameras on a closed network (2 cards in the computer). Static ip 192.168.1.12 enp1s0 connects to the router/internet. Static ip 192.168.0.1 eno1 connects to ip cameras via a switch. Problem I'm having is some of the cameras only give the option to connect to 'time.nist.gov' or 'pool.ntp.org' to sync the time.
How can I forward only the information needed to sync the time with a server on the internet?
