Taskbar in KDE 6 is not showing open applications

I recently updated my Manjaro system to KDE 6. After the update, my taskbar still shows the various widgets, as well as shortcuts that I have pinned to it, but it does not show the active applications or windows anymore. I noticed that if I right-click I have an option to choose whether I want an icons-only task manager, a regular task manager or a window list, but none of them are showing my open windows.
