Trixie issue - possibly suspend is causing corruption?

I have googled around and there are plenty of posts about suspend issues. Where this one fits in among them I am just not sure about.

Still pretty new, fresh only Trixie install from nightly. I don't know why it is identifying as Trixie/Sid. 2-3 weeks no issues. My previous long-time SID install never had this issue. I wiped Sid after I saw a large updated was going to remove KDE. It was not unexpected. The partition was then formatted and my sources from nightly net install ISO are testing.

On Trixie, I come back to computer and sometimes it has just slept due to inactivity. Blank screen no problem I tap power button and I log back in. These past two or three days I come back to the following error (attached) but I can't get into a TTY, take over as root to investigate or shut down. After a hard restart it does fsck/fixes and proceeds to bring up KDE normally. It doesn't happen every time after inactivity/sleep.

Where to start troubleshooting this?
A few specs:

This is not my daily driver, everything is backed up. It is my second most-used install and I would rather find the cause (even if it just a known bug)then going looking for another side piece. And I definitely don't want it corrupting other partitions possibly. My Mint Cinnamon is on same disk and is LTS, quite solid but a bit of a bore so I even have others on an external. Mint is experiencing no issues (yet) or windows but I only boot that once or twice a week. I don't think it is the SSD.
