Multi boot wanted. Partitioning ignored, but only by Win11. Why?

On my new laptop (which I want to be a multi boot system with one or two Linux distros, soon) with win11 an Bitlocker, there was an 512GB NVMe installed.
I turned off Bitlocker and replaced the previous NVMe with a 1TB NVMe and cloned the old drive to the now one. So far, everything was great.
Then I booted into a "live" Mint 21.3 xfce on a Vintoy USB drive, started GParted and reduced the partition known within Win11 as C:.
After that reduction, I created several ext4 partitions on the unused space.
Finally, I rebooted into Win11, where C: was supposed to be smaller, because of the now existing ext4 partitions.
The strange thing was that for Win11 the entire NVMe with 2TB was still there.
Does anybody have an idea, why Win11 is totally ignoring the partitioning?
