A Melbourne physiotherapist accused of sexually assaulting two female patients can return to work but he must abide by a gender condition" imposed by a regulatory body.
Hany (known as Harry) Bebawy was immediately suspended by the Physiotherapy Board of Australia in April after he was charged with two counts of sexual assault.
