Create specific application on each core in Almalinux

Hi All,
I am currently working on the application development on RetHat(Almalinux) operating system. In this system we are having actively 8 cores. If I want to create specific application for each core is possible? If i want to do what is the procedure.
Kindly help me to create application for each core.
