ReaR - Relax and Recover - how to check if system will boot normally
by JJJCR from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6NRG1)
hi guys,
tried to use rear-recover. the mkrescue was created by another person.
when I tried to use rear-recover, it has this final message:
Finished recovering your system. You can explore it under '/mnt/local'
However, when I browse /mnt/loca/ there is no etc directory, i don't see any grub config on /boot
so, how to check if the system will boot normally?
is there some sort of a command, like: test -check if system will boot ok?
Thanks.
