After containing programs with firejail, they no longer respect dark mode

As I lack the technical expertise to manually configure firejail profiles for every application I use, I ran Code:sudo firecfg so that it would do the job for me. I like it; programs no longer have access to my entire drive. However one problem arose. Apps were no longer using dark mode. Is there a way for firecfg to force dark mode on all apps that it contains?

My distribution is Arch Linux and desktop environment GNOME if it matters.
