Upgraded Ubuntu OS Now my website wont work

Hi All

I upgraded my ubuntu OS from Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS to Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS - My website no longer works :(

It gives me the below output when i type in the address.

Apache and MySQL services is active and running.

PHP Version: was on version PHP 7.0.33 it is now on version PHP 8.1.2.
MSQL Version:was on version mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.33 it is now on mysql Ver 8.0.37-0ubuntu0.22.04.3.
Apache Version: was on version Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) it is now on Apache/2.4.52 (Ubuntu)

Got this error which is HTTP ERROR 500.
