How do you get a cursor style similar to the negative/inverted cursor on windows

Something like this.
I'm planning on switching to Linux and just want to know how I'd go about getting this kind of cursor that's on windows. I tried looking in the KDE store to see if there was anything but any search for "inverse", "Invert", "Contrast", or "Negative" barely got me any cursors, let alone one with the effect I wanted.
If it helps, I'm going to be switching to xubuntu cause I'm running on really low specs and windows 11 is currently making my computer claw for air whenever I do anything beyond streaming video
