Steam - Installation path is too long

Game - Forza 5
I downloaded a game from Steam, Forza. However, when I try to open it I receive a message.
"Installation path is too long"
When entering Steam and going to Settings > Downloads - I do not have the option to change the installation location of Steam games.
What should I do?
