Upgrade apahce to 2.4.59

Hello everyone,
I installed apache 2.4.37 in the server, but I would like to migrate it to 2.4.59 but update command didn't work (dnf update httpd), I looked into this a bit and it seems that RedHat does not plan to fix these flaws in RHEL8.
Any help please to upgrade to apache 2.4.59 on Rokcy Linux 8.9,
