I don't know how to solve 'grub / screen' problems.

Hello, I'm 1st grade of college student in Korea.
I'm in summer vacation, so I try to study Linux by using 'Ubuntu 24.04' in my home.
I have several questions that I can't solve. I hope someone help me. Thanks.
1. When I entered 'sudo vi/etc/default/grub' in terminal, it showed me 'sudo: vi/etc/default/grub: .(I use Korean, so ' ' means 'commands not found')'. How can I solve this problem?
2. When I use Ubuntu, computer screen stopped so often...I use 'alt+SYSRQ+R+S+E+I+U+B' to solve this problem. However, it occurs every 5 or 10 minuets. I want to ask this situation occurs in every Ubuntu users? If not, how can I solve this?
Thanks for your kind.
