Real HTML source code (the one I receive is different) of a page

Hello, people. I use Vivaldi browser.

I open the source code of a page (ctrl+u, the default shortcut for this, like in many other browsers), but the source code shown is not the one I actually see in the page view of it. I try to find a word that I read in the main part of this page (like a list of items), and the source code absolutely does not have it. I skimmed the whole source code, trying to look for other words or something that could be what I look for. Some characters are enconded in HTML entities (do you know what I mean?). But they are not the reason that I did not find the words of my list.

How can I see the source code of the correct page? And how do I receive the correct code for an address? For example, if I paste this address with the GET variables that make sense to me, AND are also valid for the server, and receive the wanted page. To see the source code is bad.

What is wrong here? I did not try that "code inspector" because I hate it (it is always white, and does not respect my settings colours, neither the extension I have to make all pages black, as I want). Hopefully, it is not the solution (and only solution), because I want to see the source code in other places (the source viewer here is horrible).

Thank you for all attention and help.
