Is this nefarious code in the /etc/resolv.conf example from website?

I usually check a couple of sources for code to check the agree but I was being sloppy and in a rush so didn't
Here is the site/article:
I copy and pasted their code of:
Code:nameserver 9.9.9.9
nameserver 2620:fe::fe
domain dnsknowledge.com
options rotateWhat struck after seeing a different example, after a few minutes of having used this, was the line Code:domain dnsknowledge.com. Why is that there? Is is somehow going to cause my machine to send my traffic through their site or is it harmless?
I had already been using that code for a few minutes while using the net still when I saw another example where the last two lines were not suggested at all, so I have since deleted them both.
As 'domain' is incredibly generic a term for searching I wasn't able to find relevant information online myself when I had a look.
EDIT: Just saw this but still not clear if having their domain in my own resolv.conf would possibly be bad?
