Making existing windows 11 installation behave using linux as a container

I currently have windows 11 installed to an nvme drive, it has been acting up, before i reinstall it completely, is there a way to add a linux distro onto a second nvme drive, boot from linux then run the existing windows 11 install as a sort of virtual OS and have that windows be able to access the other drives in my computer? I have 4 sata HDD's in the system as bulk storage and one of those drives contains my epic games library, which is an extreme headache to migrate.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
