SSH got hung when enter password

Dear Team,
I am facing the issue about SSH Hung.
First I am start ssh by ssh user@serverIP and then enter password , but after entering password it can not go inside the session (just black screen) so I need to Ctrl + c (it shows -bash-4$).
Do you have any idea to fix this issue?
