Problem copying large files to 3.0 flash drives.

Good morning and good evening. I am Victor from Malaga-Spain and I have a question about the way writing to 3.0 pendrives is done in Linux Mint 21.3 or 22. This is what happens to me: When I copy a large file to a 3.0 pendrive in Linux Mint 21.3 or 22, a window opens telling me what is left to copy, but after a few minutes it finishes copying and the window closes. I think that the file is already copied to the pendrive and I click on the tab to disconnect it, but a window appears telling me not to remove the pendrive because the writing process continues. How is this possible? My computer is a Lenovo i5, 16 GB, 512 GB SSD. This way of copying files to 3.0 pendrives causes confusion when disconnecting it. On the other hand, when I copy large files to an external SSD drive, I donit have any problems. I have tried the Pop-Os 22.04 distro and it doesn't work for me. When it starts copying the file to the 3.0 pendrive, a window appears that tells me how the copy is going and when it finishes copying the window closes, and I go to disconnect the pendrive and I don't have any problems. In Linux Mint 22, is there a solution or does it work the way I have told you? I would love to hear your opinions, please.
