Slackware is recommended

I gave Slackware 15.0 a try again after a six year hiatus. It's already been that long.
Experience has been excellent. Feels like a very solid system. Solid as a horse. This is the way software delivery should be.
When you look at some of what the other distributions are doing one is led to question themselves. But then again without the Ubuntus or Archs of this world we wouldn't have Slackware.
Bet the project is poorly supported just because it is so good. Support the project people. Organize your priorities people.
