Serving Met Police officer charged with sexual assault

PC Christopher Gudgeon charged after a report of sexual assault alleged to have taken place off-duty

A serving Metropolitan police officer has been charged with sexual assault.

PC Christopher Gudgeon, who is attached to the Met's Central South Basic Command Unit, was charged by postal requisition on 9 July, the force said.
