Bad: Volume down/mute keys not working Please help! (logs included)

I installed debian as a dual boot. When the system is booted into debian the vol down/mute keys only work for a single time, after the first press they work no longer.
If I press "fn" alongside they work fine as f1/f2 keys should.
Can anyone please help me fix this problem?
