Suspect certificate for credit union

I can't log in to my credit union with either Firefox or Opera. Both report an invalid certificate. I asked them; they said they don't have the problem. The certificate, attached, looks invalid to me. The domain websslhook.com doesn't exist. It's in Italy. (Does that matter?) Has someone hacked in to my computer to hijack certificate authentication?
