RHEL 9 : Firefox does not allow access to local host

Fresh install of RHEL9, to try virtualization.
1. Have followed the RHEL guide and completed all requirements to enable virtualization.
2. Installed GNOME.
3. Installed Firefox.
4. Attempting to go http://localhost:9090
Unable to reach website.
5. Performed changes to Firefox as provided by Mozilla.
6. Firewall disabled - this is a test system
