wpa_supplicant 2.11 / broadcom wifi fix

There's two fixes for the broadcom Wifi bug on arm64 thanks to the Asahi Linux team. The simplest is to add: Code:brcmfmac.feature_disable=0x82000 to your kernel command line, and the other is to patch the kernel. The fix is supposed to come in the next kernel release (of 6.10 series anyway), so it may just be best to hold off on patching/rebuilding kernel packages either way, since a fix can be had by simply changing the kernel command line.
