Easiest way to test Xfce4 4.19
by rustythesavage from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6PXQJ)
Hi,
I recently became aware that Xfce team are almost done with their first release supporting Wayland. Now I am curious to experiment the development version 4.19.
Since I am using Fedora my first step was trying to find any sort of "nightly" package option that could ship 4.19 without too much hassle but I did not find anything like that.
So before I start my journey to build from the source: Is there any other distro that could offer me an easier way to test this development version of Xfce or is it just "common sense" between distro to not try make these development versions of Xfce at all available through package management?
Thank you for reading.
