Melbourne's controversial e-scooter scheme could be scrapped within weeks, with the city council due to vote on whether to rip up existing contracts with rental operators.
Melbourne city councillors are to debate a motion on Tuesday night to end the council's contracts with operators Lime and Neuron as part of the two-year trial.
