Error Failed to Mount /Var
by Mo_ from LinuxQuestions.org on (#6Q0RZ)
Hi Community,
My Linux server is not coming up. On the boot screen, I see an error "Failed to mount /var." When I enter the root password to enter emergency mode and try to run the "mount -av" command, I get another error: "Mount: /var: mount(2) system call failed: No space left on device." I added an additional 20G and tried to increase lv, but I also got mount related error. Do you have any idea how I can fix this issue? I am attaching screenshots.
Appreciate your help!
